Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GJAM Invoice Generator ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

GJAM Invoice Generator is a browser-based tool for generating invoice PDFs. It is provided by GJAM Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

3. Free tier

The free tier permits up to 5 PDF downloads per browser, tracked via local browser storage. We reserve the right to adjust this limit at any time. The free tier is provided as-is, without warranty.

4. Lifetime license

The lifetime license grants you unlimited PDF downloads on devices where you have entered and verified the license key. The license is non-transferable and is intended for personal or single-business use. Sharing your license key publicly may result in revocation.

5. Refunds

License purchases are processed by Gumroad. You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting Gumroad support directly. Refunds may result in license revocation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading invoices.
  • Attempt to bypass the free-tier limit or license verification.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

7. Your invoices

You retain full ownership of any invoices you create with the Service. We don't store your invoices and have no right to use them. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the invoices you generate.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for tax, legal, or financial consequences arising from your use of generated invoices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJAM Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the lifetime license (if any).

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL with the updated "Last updated" date.
