- How do I bill for revisions outside the original scope?
- Add a separate line item like "Round-3 revisions (out of scope)" with the agreed hourly rate. This makes scope creep visible and easier to defend.
- Should I charge a project deposit?
- For projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit is standard. Send the deposit invoice with kickoff and the balance invoice on final delivery.
